We're a small, highly experienced team, brought together by Inner Leader founder and ICF Master Coach, Kate Edmonds.
Each Inner Leader coach, as well as being one of the best executive coaches in the country, exemplifies an "integrated" way of being and is committed to developing Inner Leader clients along the same path.
In this respect, we're unlike most other executive or leadership coaching organisations, where the focus may be on specifics, such as developing leadership styles or tackling business challenges.
Of course, these are important, yet we believe that strong and compelling leadership is the result of attaining a degree of personal mastery - that is, the self-awareness and self-management which enables individuals to transcend everyday limitations, to tackle business challenges with ease and flow, and to express in their life and work their full self and their highest potential.
