We focus on developing personal mastery as a real, conscious and integrated foundation for great leadership. This is because effective leadership comes from who we are, not just what we do.

Personal mastery means knowing ourselves fully and accepting ourselves deeply so that we think, feel and act from a grounded, integrated centre in all we do.

Many training programmes produce a feel-good factor but fail to deliver lasting benefits because they focus on surface behaviour or actions. Who PMLT is for

This programme is aimed at senior executives in national and global organisations. It is equally effective with leaders who are already at the top of their game and those who may be currently struggling in some respect.

The programme can be delivered to all (or some) members of the senior team, or individually. There are clearly cumulative advantages in the whole team benefiting from this transformation, though it is not essential.

What's included

Logistics
This programme runs over an 11 month period. It begins and ends with a full day one-to-one intensive coaching session usually held in a remote natural location. During the first of these sessions, a tailored programme of personal and leadership transformation is designed which is then delivered during the following 11 months.
