Our unique approach is based on well-established principles of psychology and ontology (the science of being). It enables our clients to quickly identify their personal growth areas and to begin experiencing benefits, while taking the time to integrate what they've learned in the workplace.
Our primary tool is one-to-one coaching. However, encapsulated within the coaching programme, we sometimes use 'meta experiences' tailored to the individual leader's personal development needs and agreed with them. These might include wilderness experiences, horse whispering, rock climbing, rope work, circus skills, artwork or bodywork.
Such non-intellectual experiences act as powerful 'felt' metaphors to unlock areas of potential within the leader, for example, freeing them from deep-seated or ancient fears, showing them viscerally where they trip themselves up, and having them experience physically the range of their strengths and competence.
